Disinhibition (simultaneous viewing) training
1. Choose a simpler picture card and place it on the top of the side of the physical mirror near the reflector. Place the white paper on the bottom plate. Adjust the tilt angle of the instrument to the best and most comfortable angle, and tighten the knob to fix it.
2. Put your eyes close to the eyepiece, first use your weak eye (inhibited eye) to look at the card through the reflector, look at the white paper on the bottom board with your good eye, and then use a pen to trace the pattern on the card on the white paper.
3. After drawing, compare it with the original drawing. If the difference is large, redraw it. If the result is better, replace it with a more complex drawing card.
4. After training the weak eye, turn the physical mirror so that the good eye looks at the card through the reflector and the weak eye looks at the drawing on white paper.
5. In this way, train the left and right eyes for 5-10 minutes each, for a total of 10-20 minutes. If you feel the eye position is difficult, you can extend the time appropriately.

Fusion training
1. Place the card with the vertical line at the bottom of a set of 2 cards with the same picture at the "0" mark on the base plate, and place the other card on the top of the physical mirror near the reflector so that the left and right eyes can see it separately
2.Keep your eyes close to the eyepiece and gaze at the same time. At this time, the patterns in the two cards merge into one, gradually becoming clearer, and the circle part will feel floating.
3.After fusion, move the picture on the bottom board, 2-3 scales each time. After moving, focus again to make the pictures fuse. This gradually increases the difficulty until the two pictures cannot be fused, and then repeat the above process. Keep training to increase the range of fusion
4.Moving the cards on the bottom plate toward the diagonal partition is a collection training, which trains the eyeballs to converge inward and is suitable for patients with exotropia.
5.Moving the cards on the base plate toward the direction without partitions is a spreading training, training the eyeballs to spread outwards, and is suitable for patients with esotropia.
6.2 times a day, about 10 minutes each time, until the set can reach the scale of 30△, and the spread can reach the scale of 15△
