Visual Rehabilitation Training Of Accommodation Function By Brock

Training Purpose:Brock line can drive the accommodation function through the fusional convergence process in the process of physiological diplopia.

Training Equipment: Brock line (gathering and scattering ball)
           
Indications: Accommodation Insufficiency,Poor accommodation maintenance,Decrease of accommodation facility, etc

Training Steps:

① Correction of far ametropia.
② Fix one end of the rope (at the same level with the trainer's head), tighten the other end to the tip of the nose, and keep the rope straight.           
③ The red ball is placed at 30cm and the yellow ball (or green ball) is placed at 60cm.           
④ Look at the red ball near you. There are two yellow balls (or green balls) in the distance. The rope just intersects at the red ball. Look at it for 5 seconds.           
⑤ After 5 seconds, look at the yellow ball (or green ball) in the distance. There are two red balls near. The rope just intersects at the yellow ball (or green ball). Look at it for 5 seconds.           
⑥ Repeat 3-4 times, move the red ball closer to 5cm, keep the distance of the yellow ball (or green ball) unchanged, and repeat the above actions 10 times.           
⑦ Continue to move closer to the red ball, moving 5cm each time.           
⑧ After each movement, conduct 10 convergence and dispersion movements.
