Vision Card For Visual Rehabilitation Training Of Accommodation

Training Purpose: Improve the rapid and accurate change of accommodation function

Training Equipment: Hart table, hand occluder

Training steps:
① Correct the refractive error of both eyes completely.
② Place the far vision card on the wall 3m away and at the same level as the patient's eyes, place the near vision card at an arm distance, and then start reading the visual chart and slowly move it closer.
③ Slowly move the visual chart closer until it becomes blurred and illegible.
④ Pause for 2 ~ 3 seconds at this fuzzy point and ask the patient to see the visual chart as clearly as possible. If the visual chart can still be seen clearly, move the sight mark closer slowly.
⑤ When the patient still can't see clearly with all his efforts, quickly raise his eyes and look at the far vision card to see the letters on it as quickly as possible.
⑥ When you can see the letters of the far vision card clearly, quickly move the fixation point to the near vision card(the vision card is placed one arm away), and repeat the above steps.
⑦ Try to move the vision card closer each time, and see the far vision card faster.
⑧ After 6 consecutive far and near vision card, rest for 30 seconds as a cycle. Do at least 3 cycles a day.
