Safilo announced the appointment of Riccardo Cadorin to the role of Senior Vice President of Optical Sales for the U.S., reporting to Henri Blomqvist, CEO of Safilo North America.  He will be based in the company’s North American headquarters in Secaucus, NJ.

Riccardo brings over 20 years of eyewear industry sales experience to Safilo with previous roles of increasing responsibility at Luxottica, Marcolin, and Marchon where he most recently served as Vice President of U.S. Sales.

In his new role, Riccardo will enhance the company’s current go-to-market approach and further strengthen customer relationships, leading a cross-functional headquarters team overseeing buying groups and key alliances, in addition to having oversight for the company’s regional sales managers and optical field sales team across the U.S.  Riccardo is a graduate of the University of Bologna.
