Classification Of High Frequency Ultrasonic Diagnostic Instrument For Ophthalmology

There are two main types of ophthalmic high-frequency ultrasound diagnostic equipment:

1. A/B scanning ophthalmic high-frequency ultrasound diagnostic instrument: mainly used for the diagnosis of anterior segment diseases, such as anterior segment hydrops, vitreous opacity, lens hydrops, iris adhesion and glaucoma.

2. B ultrasound microscopy: mainly used for the diagnosis of diseases of the posterior segment of the eye, such as retinal detachment, retinal pigment epithelium atrophy, retinal artery or vein obstruction, diabetic retinopathy and ocular tumors.
